Test Connection

The Test Connection tool allows the technician to verify the connection between UIP and its Adapter Type Store, Software Registry, and Software Repository. This test does not cover any Custom Image Registries.

Test

Access the Test Connection tool by navigating to the Administration > About page and then clicking the Test button. After executing the Test Connection, the test result displayed includes brief information on the parameters of the tests run and the status of each test.

Cancel

If the test takes too long to complete, abort the operation using the Cancel link.
